Cancellations
- Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. To cancel, please contact us at support@acoori.co.uk with your order number.
- If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our return process outlined below.
Returns
- Eligibility for Returns: You can return items within 28 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used or opened products.
- How to Return an Item: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@acoori.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a recorded delivery service for your protection, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and always retain proof of postage until your exchange or refund has been processed.
- Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 working days.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 1 day. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action.
